Custelium is not another digital product in the Natural Capital economy. It is the institutional layer that lets that economy mature. Just as financial markets required trusted registries, exchanges and custodians before they could scale, natural capital markets require enduring institutional infrastructure.
The Natural Capital Owner owns the Territorial Information Asset. Custelium holds the long-term custodial role that keeps it trusted, maintained and usable, across changes of programme, adviser and generation.
Records remain portable and interoperable, built on open international standards. Trust itself is our competitive advantage, so the record stays useful wherever the owner takes it.
No information enters the record without human approval. Every revision is witnessed, attributed and retained, so the record carries its own account of how it came to be.
Every decision is traceable, with provenance and evidence attached. What was known, when it was known and on what basis remains available long after the decision was taken.
Value is measured by what can be carried forward. The record is designed to accumulate, so each programme adds to the territory's standing knowledge instead of consuming it.
The system proposes; the owner decides. Guidance, options and prepared material are offered, and the consequential decision always stays with the holder of the land.
